Clinical Supervision
I absolutely love working with supervisees and am passionate about the practice of supervision! I have supervised intern and associate level clinicians across contexts since 2022. I received my doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2025 from Antioch University Seattle.
I truly cherish my relationships with supervisees and nourish these connections as hopefully long lasting supportive relationships that evolve over time. As a Washington State Approved Supervisor, I supervise all associate level professionals (LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA) working towards full licensure.
In addition to clinical topics like somatics and relational systems, tips and templates to successfully set up a sustainable, efficient, and financially productive private practice are provided. If working with insurance, creating treatment plans and notes that fulfill insurance needs can also be an area of emphasis.

Supervision of supervision
Through a combination of shadowing and feedback sessions, I help qualified professionals fulfill the 25 hours of supervision experience required to become a Washington State Approved Supervisor in a private practice setting.

Professional consultation
Individual practice can feel isolating. I often work with fully licensed professionals seeking additional support around practice management/organization, advanced clinical skills and self of the therapist exploration.
