Clinical Supervision
I absolutely love working with supervisees and am passionate about the practice of supervision! I have supervised intern and associate level clinicians across contexts since 2022. I received my doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2025 from Antioch University Seattle.
I truly cherish my relationships with supervisees and nourish these connections as hopefully long lasting supportive relationships that evolve over time. As a Washington State Approved Supervisor, I supervise all associate level professionals (LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA) working towards full licensure.
As a therapist trained in a wide range of approaches from behavioral, psychodynamic, familial/relational, trauma-informed and individual/person-centered, I love supporting clinicians in finding their unique clinical perspective and voice. In addition, practical tips and templates are often incorporated into supervision to support a sustainable, efficient, and financially productive private practice . If working with insurance, creating treatment plans and notes that fulfill insurance needs can also be an area of emphasis.

Supervision of supervision
Through a combination of shadowing and feedback sessions, I help qualified professionals fulfill the 25 hours of supervision experience required to become a Washington State Approved Supervisor in a private practice setting.
$100-$150/hourly completed through a mix of role plays, feedback and co-supervision
Professional consultation
Individual practice can feel isolating. I often work with fully licensed professionals seeking additional support around practice management/organization, advanced clinical skills and self of the therapist exploration.
$195/hourly
